Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer a general right of withdrawal or return.

We handle your order with the utmost care. However, should you have a complaint regarding our products despite our diligence, we will review and process these requests individually on a case-by-case basis.

In any case, the buyer is obligated to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt to ensure they are in perfect condition. Any complaints regarding quality or integrity must be reported to TAN CAVIAR immediately, but no later than 24 hours after delivery. Otherwise, the delivery will be considered accepted without reservation.

Every complaint must be supported by the following documents:

• A photo of the product (including the seal, if applicable).

• A photo of the back label or delivery note.

1. Delivery conditions

Delivery is available within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Orders received before 12:00 PM will be processed within 24 hours and delivered via express mail. For overnight express deliveries, orders must be received between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM. To guarantee quality and maintain the cold chain, the customer must personally accept the goods from Swiss Post. Upon receipt, the goods must be stored immediately at 0°C to +4°C.

2. Delivery and billing address

If the delivery address differs from the billing address, the customer is obligated to inform us of this when placing the order. TAN CAVIAR accepts no liability if the goods are delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information.

3. Delivery costs

Currently, TAN CAVIAR is covering the shipping costs for you, so there are no shipping fees for you. This is a special offer and is valid until further notice from TAN CAVIAR.

4. Packaging and transport

Our fresh products are shipped in special refrigerated packaging with frozen cooling elements. This process guarantees an unbroken cold chain all the way to your delivery address. To ensure this chain remains intact, we urge you to accept the delivery in person.
